Sino European International Preschool is a foreign managed preschool offering bilingual early childhood education based on a unique curriculum. It is composed of a mixture of European early childhood education philosophies combined with Chinese culture and language to give special consideration to an international and multicultural environment. SEIPS provides both local Chinese and foreigners with access to an international education.

A flexible programme is taught, concentrating on the child's interests and needs. Emphasis is put on learning by playing in an environment that stimulates curiosity and exploration. With a strong focus on physical, mental and social development, children learn to be independent, open minded and confident.
