Teaching Staff
Nothing is more important to a child’s development than a highly competent team of educators. SEIPS takes this matter very seriously and only the most capable staff are able to meet our standards.
Each class is directed by a full-time foreign teacher with an academic degree and all relevant qualifications and experience in early childhood education. A supporting native Chinese teacher ensures a naturally bilingual learning environment. Together with one or more professional child care attendants, the team devotes all its resources to the group, maintaining a student-teacher ratio of no less that 5:1.
